Manifestation le 02. Decembre à 13h30, au Steintor, à Halle Saale.
Le 07 janvier, 2005 le réfugié Oury Jalloh a brûlé vif dans une cellule du comissariat de police à Dessau. Ses mains et pieds ont été fixés le long du matelas. Selon la version des instances officielles, Jalloh s‘ est brûler lui même avec un briquet qui n‘ a pas été trouvé lors du contrôle même s‘ il a été fortement alcoholisé et fixé sur un metelas qui est confirmé non inflammable.
Mais le lieu du crime a été manipulé, les évaluations ne sont pas pris au sérieuse et la police a menti devant la justice.
Des controlleurs indépendants ont pris la décision que probablement Oury Jalloh a été brûlé, un procureur a formulé une suspicion d’un meurtre et qu l‘ on devrais investiger dans ce cas. Mais les procureurs de Halle ont terminé les investigations.
L‘ échec de ces recherches et l‘ attitude scandaleuse de ce processus sont seulement explicable dans le cadre d‘ un rassisme institutionel , une culture de sans-conséquances et de la défense du coupable dans les rangs de la police.
Nous ne voulons pas nous taire jusqu’á ce que ce scandale policiaire et juridique a été traité de facon convenable. Nous revendiquons des investigations indépendants et une commision de vérification dans le parlement du Land. Nous revendiquons éclaircisment et la fin de la violance policiaire et du rassisme institutionel!

أوري جالوه – التوضيح الآن, ضد عنف الشرطة والعنصرية المؤسسية
في 7 يناير 2005، أحرق اللاجئ أوري جالوه نفسه في زنزانة مركز شرطة ديساو حسب التقرير الرسمي على الرغم من تثبيت يديه وقدميه على الفراش، أخذ أوري جالوه قداحة من جيبه و أشعل فراشه.
أوضح التحقيق لاحقا أن مسرح الجريمة قد تمّ التلاعب به و الشرطة كذبت في المحكمة. وقد خلص المقيمون المستقلون إلى أنّ شخصا آخر قد أشعل جالوه ولم يقم هو بإشعال نفسه. إضافة إلى ذلك خلص أحد من كبار المدّعين إلى أنه ينبغي أن يكون مسار التحقيق باتجاه جريمة قتل وليس باتجاه الانتحار.
رغم ذلك قد أوقف التحقيق من قبل المدعي العام في هاله. وفُهِم فشل التحقيق في سياق العنصرية المؤسسية وثقافة الإفلات من العقاب فقط.
إننا لن نسكت عن هذه الفضيحة ولن نسمح بإزالة تحقيقها القانوني والسياسي. نحن نطلب التحقيق المستقل و لجنة التحقيق في برلمان الولاية. نحن نريد توضيح الفضيحة وإنهاء أعمال الوحشية التي تمارسها الشرطة وإنهاء العنصرية المؤسسية

Oury Jalloh – Investigação já!
Contra a violência policial e o racismo institucional
No dia 07 de novembro de 2005 o requerente de asilo Oury Jalloh queimou na cela de uma delegacia da polícia de Dessau. As mãos e os pés dele estavam fixados na cama em que ele estava deitado. Segundo a versão oficial, houve um fogo imenso, porque Oury Jalloh – que estava fixado e bastante embriagado de álcool – tirou um isqueiro da bolsa dele e inflamou o colchão ininflamável. Mas a cena de crime foi manipulada, investigações foram mal feitas e policiais falaram mentiras no tribunal. Especialistas independenteschegaram à conclusão que Oury Jalloh foi provavelmente incendiado. Um promotor de Dessau chegou à conclusão que se deveria investigar um possível assassinato de Oury Jalloh. Porém, a procuradoria de Halle encerrou com as investigações. A falha das investigações e o término escandaloso do processo só pode ser explicada pelo racismo institucional e uma cultura da impunidade, da proteção dos agressores dentro da própria polícia.
Nós não ficaremos caladas/os sobre esse escandalo e vamos lutar pelo esclarecimento jurídico e político deste caso. Queremos investigações independentes e uma comissão de inquérito no parlamento de Sachsen-Anhalt! E exigimos o fim da impunidade da violência policial e do racismo institucional!

Oury Jalloh – investigation now!
United against police brutality and institutional racism!
The refugee Oury Jalloh burned to death in a police cell in Dessau on January 7th, 2005. He was constrained to a cot. According to the local police authorities’ version Jalloh managed to inflame a fireproof mattress, leading to a massive fire in the cell that killed him – all while being heavily inebriated and while both his wrists and his ankles were constrained with metal shackles.
However, the crime scene was manipulated, local police acted sloppy during the investigation and officers provably lied and gave false testimony in court. Independent expert witnesses came to the conclusion that a self-inflammation is highly improbable. The leading prosecutor in Dessau finally concluded that there was enough reason for a homicide investigation. In spite of all that, the responsible authority, the Public prosecutor’s office in Halle, now decided to close the case.
The failure of all investigations and the disgraceful and scandalous abatement of action can be explained only in light of institutional racism and the culture of impunity and offender protection – in other words: the esprit du corps – within police ranks.
We won’t remain silent in the face of this scandal and won’t permit an abatement of action without proper judicial investigations and political action, e.g. a committee of inquiry.
We demand an independent investigation and the end of police impunity and institutional racism!

Oury Jalloh – Aufklärung jetzt!
Gegen Polizeigewalt und institutionellen Rassismus!
Am 07. Januar 2005 verbrannte der Geflüchtete Oury Jalloh in der Zelle eines Dessauer Polizeireviers. Seine Hände und Füße waren an einer Liege fixiert. Es soll, so die ursprüngliche Version der Behörden, zu einem massiven Brand in der Zelle gekommen sein, weil Jalloh trotz Fixierung und starker Alkoholisierung ein bei der vorausgegangenen Durchsuchung übersehenes Feuerzeug aus einer Tasche geholt und die feuerfeste Matratze entzündet habe.
Doch der Tatort wurde manipuliert, bei den Ermittlungen wurde geschlampt und Polizist*innen logen vor Gericht. Unabhängige Gutachter kamen zum Schluss, dass Jalloh vermutlich angezündet wurde, ein leitender Staatsanwalt kam zu dem Schluss, dass ein begründeter Mordverdacht vorliegt und wegen einer Tötung Jallohs ermittelt werden sollte. Trotzdem wurden die Ermittlungen von der Staatsanwaltschaft Halle nun eingestellt.
Das Scheitern der Ermittlungen und die skandalöse Einstellung des Verfahrens sind nur vor dem Hintergrund von institutionalisiertem Rassismus und einer Kultur der Straffreiheit, des Täterschutzes und des Korpsgeistes in den Reihen der Polizei erklärbar.
Wir wollen nicht schweigen über diesen Polizei- und Justizskandal und werden nicht zulassen, dass seine juristische und politische Aufarbeitung ausbleibt. Wir fordern unabhängige Ermittlungen und einen Untersuchungsausschuss im Landtag! Wir fordern Aufklärung und ein Ende von straffreier Polizeigewalt und institutionellem Rassismus!
