Entrevista com Representantes da Embaixada“ de Guiné Bissau de segunda- feira até sexta-feira (27.08 – 31.08.2018) na Landesverwaltungsamt, Halle Saale, Neustädter Passage 13, 06122 Halle Saale
Nos dias que vão entre 27 de agosto até o dia 31 de agosto, uma delegação oficial de Guiné Bissau estará vindo para Halle-Neustadt para identificar refugiad@s que não têm passaporte.
O objetivo do escritório de estrangeiro (Ausländerbehörde) é emitir um outro documento de viagem (“laissez-passer”) para as pessoas que estão obrigadas a deixar a Alemanha (Duldung). Com este documento será possível deportar as pessoas para a Guiné Bissau sem a necessidade de passaporte. Durante a entrevista com os representantes da embaixada as pessoas afetadas também serão informadas sobre a saída de forma voluntária da Alemanha (freiwillige Ausreise).
Nós acreditamos que esta delegação ficará em Halle por um período de uma semana como da última vez em que aqui estiveram em 2017. Pessoas de todos os lugares da Alemanha foram ordenadas a comparecer para as entrevistas com os representantes da embaixada ou foram trazidas a força pela polícia em ônibus para halle. E lembrando também do caso de uma pessoa vinda de um outro país que já estava morando na Alemanha por mais de 20 anos com Duldung e que foi deportada logo a seguir as entrevistas. Estas entrevistas com os representantes da embaixada têm somente como propósito forçar as pessoas a voltarem para Guiné Bissau.

Botschafts-Anhörung mit Delegation aus Guinea-Bissau von Montag bis Freitag, 27. bis 31.08.2018 im Landesverwaltungsamt, Halle Saale, Neustädter Passage 13, 06122 Halle Saale
Vom 27.-31.08.2018 kommt eine “offizielle Delegation” aus Guinea-Bissau nach Halle-Neustadt um dort Geflüchtete ohne Reisepass zu identifizieren. Das Ziel der Ausländerbehörde ist es, Reisedokumente (“laissez-passer”) für Geflüchtete auszustellen um sie ohne Pass in die jeweiligen Länder abschieben zu können. Während der Botschafts-Anhörungen werden betroffene Personen auch über die Möglichkeit der freiwilligen Ausreise“ informiert.
Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Delegation für eine Woche in Halle sein wird, so wie das letzte Mal im Jahr 2017. Menschen aus ganz Deutschland wurden zu Botschafts-Anhörungen vorgeladen oder mit Polizeigewalt in Bussen hergebracht.

Embassy hearing with a delegation from Guinea-Bissau from Monday to Friday, 27.08. – 31.08.2018 at Landesverwaltungsamt, Halle Saale, Neustädter Passage 13, 06122 Halle Saale

From 27th – 31st August, an “official delegation” from Guinea-Bissau is coming to Halle-Neustadt to identify refugees who have no passport. The aim of the foreign office (Ausländebehörde), is to give out travel documents (“laissez-passer”) for people with obligation to leave the country (Duldung). With these documents, it will be possible to deport people to Guinea-Bissau without having a passport. During these embassy hearings, people affected are also being informed about „voluntary leaving the country“ (freiwillige Ausreise).
We expect that this delegation will be in Halle for one week as the last time in 2017. People from whole Germany have been ordered to come to the embassy hearings or have been brought with police force in busses to Halle. In the case of another country, a person who has been living for more than 20 years with Duldung in Germany has been deported back after that procedure. This embassy hearings have the only purpose to force people back to Guinea-Bissau.
